We follow a structured process to ensure we deliver what you need. Briefly, you will work through the following steps when booking and working with a Platinum VA.

• Complete the Quotation Request (for new clients) or Booking Form (for ongoing clients) through this website.
• We will send more information and ask some clarifying questions to ensure we understand your need.
• We offer project based support as well as monthly retainers.
• We match a VA to the project.
• For the first project with each client, we sign a Non Disclosure Agreement and you sign Platinum VA’s Terms & Conditions.
• We complete the task as requested and use Basecamp HQ project management software to track all projects.
• We make any changes on review.
• Finally, we will send you an invoice and seek feedback on each project (it only takes a couple of minutes and ensures we keep meeting your needs on an ongoing basis).
